Day 1… or should I say Day 0

Started the day off very motivated to kick some butt. Went to the gym at 6 am and it was completely empty, which is always an amazing sign. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then had leg day followed by some abs for a total of 1 hour at the gym. I wish I could say my diet went as well as my workout did. In the morning I had a green smoothie which was okay. For lunch I had a salad. For a “snack” I had some chickpeas, popcorn, and 6 hand fulls of mnms (whoops). Dinner I had chicken and rice… followed by some more chocolate. Ugh, why does chocolate taste so amazing? I am trying to finish this gallon of water, but it is 8:30 pm and I have a solid 1/3 of a gallon left to drink.

Overall had a great workout, but need to improve my diet to reach my goals.

Starting Weight: Looking like I am 8 months pregnant with the world’s biggest baby.

Goal Weight: Visibly not pregnant.

Current Goal: Finish this gallon of water

Things to improve: Stay. Away. From. The. Delicious. MnMs!
